Galley Academy
An entry-level cooking course covering kitchen fundamentals: knife skills, mise en place, stocks, sauces, and galley basics. Taught by working private chefs. The official feeder into Host Academy.

Host Academy
Job-ready operational training for aspiring yacht hosts. Covers provisioning, guest service, galley operations, and the standards required for professional charter placement.
