Yes, we welcome applicants from all nationalities. However, your passport determines where and how you can legally work, and different regions have different rules:

  • EU Citizens: Have the most flexibility when it comes to working within the EU (e.g. Croatia, Greece, Italy, France).
  • Non-EU Citizens: Can still apply, but may face restrictions such as 90-day limits (e.g. in Croatia) or full work permit requirements (e.g. in Greece). These vary by nationality and location.

We also operate in non-EU regions including the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Tahiti, Thailand, and more. These countries have their own entry, visa, and work policies.

⚠️ Important: It is your responsibility to research and ensure you meet the visa and work requirements for the countries you are assigned to. We will provide guidance where possible, but legal compliance ultimately rests with the individual.
