Conor began working as a skipper during the Summers between 2013 - 2016, while pursuing a Business and Law degree. Conor re-joined the team in 2018 as a skipper and then lead skipper in BVI’s, Greece, Croatia, and Italy, becoming a key element to the community and working his way up to Management.

In 2019 he took on the role of Academy Manager and Croatia Operations Manager. In 2020 he became our Overall Operations Manager looking over everything to do with Quarterdeck.

Georgie is the newest member of the London team and joining Jack as Operations Support for hosts. Georgie hails from the seafaring port of Plymouth, UK. With a family background in sailing, she is a qualified day skipper and a competitive dinghy sailor. Georgie will be working alongside Conor and Jack as Operations Executive to manage the QD community and events.
